Student pilot terms of use
These terms govern access to the Powerhouse student pilot. They are placeholder text for partner legal review and do not constitute a binding agreement until approved and published in final form.
Pilot scope
The student pilot is invite-only and intended for international students evaluating the Powerhouse candidate experience. Features, quotas, and availability may change without notice during the pilot.
Employer matching and paid plans are not part of Wave S. Participation levels you choose at onboarding control how your profile may be used when matching becomes available.
Eligibility and accounts
You need a valid invite code for first registration. Access is personal — do not share your magic-link login or invite code with others.
You must provide accurate contact information and keep your email secure. We authenticate via one-time magic links; you do not set a password in Wave S.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate others, attempt to bypass access controls, or scrape or reverse engineer the service except as permitted by law.
AI-generated coaching and interview outputs are assistive only. They are not employment, immigration, or legal advice.
Your content
You retain ownership of CVs and other materials you upload. You grant Powerhouse the rights needed to parse, store, and display them within the service and to generate derived profile data as described in the privacy notice.
Final licence wording will be confirmed by legal review.
Service limitations
The pilot is provided on an as-is basis. Uptime, support response times, and feature completeness are not guaranteed.
Freemium quotas (voice sessions, coach messages) may apply with soft warnings during the pilot. Hard enforcement may be added later.
Optional marketing emails (newsletter, product news, voice reminders) require your consent and can be changed in settings; transactional sign-in emails are always sent.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end pilot access for misuse, security risk, or programme wind-down. You may stop using the service and request account deletion as described in the privacy notice.
Governing law
Applicable law, jurisdiction, and dispute resolution will be specified in the legally reviewed version before external launch.
